Every Flat Pack Subwoofer box is designed for your woofer! So even with the "Standard" strength option, be confident that you will get a Strong Subwoofer Box that will hold your woofer. The Standard strength subwoofer box comes with a Double Layer Baffle to give your subwoofer a solid mounting surface, 45Deg Corner bracing to aid in strength, and some needed additional bracing (dependent on the woofer being used). The Heavy Duty! Strength level is recommended for those running more than 5K+ watts or those who enjoy overkill!

Adding a Plexiglass window to your subwoofer box is great way to add some major COOL POINTS. Plexiglass does not effect the sound of your subwoofer box. If you choose to add a plexiglass window the size will vary from 10" x 10" to 16" x 22". Ranging from 1/2"-3/4" thick! We will use the most appropriate size and thickness for your specific build!

Plexiglass windows come cut to size, and predrilled for easy install!

If youd like to add more than one window, reach out via email after placing your order and we can give you a quote for an additional window/s.
Place your parts according to the assembly instructions. Glue each Joint (as a good rule you should use enough wood glue that there is a bit of squeeze out when placing each part) and Secure each part with supplied or recommended wood screws. You will need a t20 screw driver and/or drill/impact to assemble if using the supplied screws. Be sure to not over tighten. Clamps are recommended but not needed. If not using the supplied wood glue, we recommend titebond 2. Clean away excess glue with a damp rag periodically during assembly process.

If you added a plexiglass window, use clear silicone and run a thin bead around the entire perimeter of the window cutout approximately 1/2" - 3/4" away from the cutout. ( To limit excess squeeze out, only use a thin bead of silicone as it is only used for a air seal. If excess squeeze out occurs wait from it to fully cure before removing. Only remove excess that can be see from the outside of the box, as excess squeeze out that occurs on the inside of the box will not be seen. ) Remove the protective film from the side that will be touching the silicone and align piece with the pre drilled holes pressing it into the silicone bead. Secure with supplied or recommended wood screws.
